Holistic Steps on the Journey to Well-Being
Mental health challenges rarely exist in isolation. What appears as anxiety, depression, or difficulty focusing may actually be rooted in unhealthy behavior patterns, nutritional imbalances, chronic inflammation, hormone disruptions, or unresolved trauma. At Liminal Space mental Health, we believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to uncover the root causes of your symptoms.
Integrative and holistic mental health care combines the best of traditional psychiatry with evidence-based complementary approaches. By addressing the interconnected systems that influence your mental health, we collaboratively design a personalized path forward that honors your unique life experiences, biology, and wellness goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does integrative and holistic psychiatry differ from traditional methods?
Integrative therapy combines conventional treatments with alternative holistic approaches, focusing on the whole person and root causes rather than just symptoms.
How do I know if this approach is right for me?
If you are interested in a personalized, comprehensive approach that does not focus on a diagnosis and instead addresses the mind, body, and spirit, the holistic care we provide may be a great fit for you.
Will I have the time and space to feel seen and heard?
You and your story will be the focus of each session, so you will know you have been seen and heard. Virtual sessions are in a safe, unhurried, and relaxed space. We will work together with you to assess your most pressing needs–within the timeframe we have–with the understanding that each client is unique and complex and more time may be needed to address all of your needs in a comprehensive, holistic, and safe manner.
